Overview
This 3-Day White Desert Safari starts in Cairo and combines two camping nights with the Black Desert, Crystal Mountain, Aqabat Valley and the White Desert’s chalk formations. A Day 2 Bedouin-village lunch and spring stop add time to relax, alongside sandboarding, shared meals and evenings around the campfire.
No payment is taken. Your date is confirmed by Zizo after your request.
What is different about this 3-Day White Desert Safari?
The village lunch and spring stop are central to this three-day camping itinerary. Day 2 combines Aqabat Valley and sandboarding with Ain El-Serw, then a Bedouin-village lunch with time at the hot and cold springs. Big Valley, Mangrove Valley and the Valley of Flower Stones follow before the second White Desert camp. Confirm the final driving sequence with Zizo when discussing your dates.
From the oasis to two evenings outdoors
Day 1 begins with the road journey from Cairo, lunch at a Bedouin hotel in Bahariya and the change to a 4×4 for the desert. The Black Desert, spring stops, Crystal Mountain and the Airport Area lead into the first camping evening. This is not a hotel-and-camp combination: both nights in this itinerary are camping nights. Day 3 is reserved for the named formations and Camping Valley before lunch in Bahariya and the return to Cairo.
Camping arrangements and included services
Round-trip Cairo transportation, a 4×4 safari, meals during the journey, mineral water, Bedouin tea, full camping equipment, English-speaking guidance and sandboarding are included. Two nights at camp give you time for dinner, conversation and another morning in the desert. Other-language guiding can be requested at an additional charge. Entrance tickets, the meals described in the itinerary and both camping nights are included. Optional personal services remain outside the inclusions.
Confirm the route that suits your plans
Share whether the village lunch and extra spring time are important to you when speaking with Zizo. Confirm the intended route, overnight arrangements and services together before booking. The planned pickup is 7:00 AM in Cairo, with an approximately four-hour approach to Bahariya and an evening return on Day 3. Treat those times as planning guidance and discuss any onward travel in advance.
